THE SOMETHING MORE WEEKEND TERMS
Last updated 11.08.2025

These Terms & Conditions define the terms under which tickets for The Something More Weekend are sold. Before purchasing a ticket, please read and understand these Terms & Conditions—you must agree to and comply with them in order to purchase tickets. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may make changes to these Terms & Conditions in response to legal and regulatory updates; if changes are made, we’ll post the updated terms to our website. Questions? Email hello@thereissomethingmore.com.

1. TICKETS
All attendees must hold a valid ticket to attend the event. By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you, and all members of your party, are at least 18 years of age.
Tickets are single-use and will be exchanged for a wristband upon arrival. You don’t need to print your ticket; please present your confirmation email or QR code on arrival (paper or electronic).
Once tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be issued outside of exceptional extenuating circumstances. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to friends or family. Please notify us of any ticket-holder changes at hello@thereissomethingmore.com.
Please purchase tickets before arriving on site—we’re unable to sell tickets on arrival.
If there is any payment error (e.g. a duplicate payment), please contact hello@thereissomethingmore.com.

2. CAMPING
All ticket holders must bring their own camping equipment; this is not provided as part of the ticket cost.
Please take all belongings away at the end of the event and place waste/recycling in the bins provided on site. If you are asked to adjust your pitch by the camping manager, you must comply.
Noise must be kept to a minimum on site from 23:00–07:00 out of respect for other attendees and the local community.
Strictly no disposable BBQs or unauthorised open fires are permitted on site for the duration of the event.

3. RIGHT TO ADMISSION
All ticket holders must abide by these Terms & Conditions—unacceptable behaviour may result in ejection without refund or compensation.
No pets are allowed on site except for registered assistance animals.
Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on site. Any person in possession of alcohol, illegal substances, contraband goods or offensive materials may be refused admission or ejected. Anti-social or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.
Where we detect actions that are illegal or criminal in nature, we will report them to the police. Any acts of vandalism to the venue or any structures may result in eviction and civil and/or criminal action to recover costs.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY FILMING & AUDIO RECORDING
By attending, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded without compensation. These images and recordings may be used by There is Something More for any purpose worldwide. There is Something More retains the copyright in all recordings, photographs and videos. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the team.
During the event, loud music may be used in the main tent. Please take any health and safety precautions you feel necessary.

5. ACCESSIBILITY
If you have accessibility questions relating to our event, please email hello@thereissomethingmore.com.

6. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, REFUNDS
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, details will be posted on our website. If cancelled, ticket holders may claim a refund of the face value of their ticket (excluding admin/booking fees). There is Something More is not liable to refund any other costs.
If necessary, we may postpone the event rather than cancel. In that case, all tickets will transfer to the new date. We will notify ticket holders as soon as reasonably practicable (we aim to give at least 90 days’ notice).

7. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
We will not be liable for cancellations or delays where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: power failure; riots or other civil unrest; fire; explosion; flood; storms; earthquakes; Royal or national mourning; acts or threats of terrorism; acts of war; epidemics or pandemics; other natural disasters; or other events beyond our reasonable control.

8. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (DATA PROTECTION)
All personal data collected by us will be stored and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not pass your personal information to third parties except where necessary to deliver the event or where required by law. For any data protection queries, contact hello@thereissomethingmore.com.

9. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the face value of your ticket. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal property at all times. There is Something More is not liable for any injury or damage to any person or personal property, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

9.1 Carpool notice: The Discord #carpool channel is a peer-to-peer noticeboard. There is Something More doesn’t arrange, vet or supervise travel and isn’t a party to any lift-sharing agreement. Lift-sharing is a private arrangement between attendees. Drivers must hold valid licence, MOT, tax and insurance and accept cost-sharing only (no profit). We don’t provide transport, and we’re not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from journeys arranged via our Discord or elsewhere (except where liability can’t be limited by law).

9.2 Activities & workshops: Participation in optional activities (including runs, games and craft workshops) is at your own risk. Please assess your fitness, follow safety guidance and use any equipment responsibly.

9.3 Vehicles & parking: Vehicles and their contents are left on site at the owner’s risk. Please follow steward directions and signage. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or contents, except where caused by our negligence.

9.4 Catering & allergens: We will take reasonable care to accommodate dietary requirements notified to us in advance, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You remain responsible for managing your allergies (including carrying any necessary medication and checking information provided on site).

10. LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All parties agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to settle any dispute in connection with this agreement. If any single clause of this agreement is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining clauses is not affected.
