Project Manager.

Something More is a fast-paced, fast-growing Creative Agency based in the centre of Bristol, UK. We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a driven, organised and innovative Project Manager to join the team.

As Project Manager, you will support the operations team in the management and organisation of a variety of projects, both client-facing and internal. In addition to providing support on a number of key accounts, you will take responsibility for several of our smaller accounts, working with our clients and the creative team to ensure that we deliver an excellent experience with excellent work - on time and on budget.

This will require you to develop strong relationships with our clients, adding value and incisive input where appropriate, using your relationship and knowledge to deliver excellent client satisfaction, acting as their advocate and representing an intimate understanding of them and their needs. Working alongside the operations and creative teams, you will be required to help understand, define and contextualise the creative requirements and deliverables for our clients, serving as their ambassador in our office.

You will also have responsibility for the logistics, planning and organisation of Something More’s events, including conceiving and executing the annual strategy behind delivering maximum impact during our presence at the summer’s festivals. This will involve pioneering and implementing new systems, drawing up and managing timelines, and ensuring everything has been considered and addressed to make the summer run smoothly.

Other responsibilities will include business development, marketing support and the management and fulfilment of our online clothing store.

- Outstanding organisational ability, with the capacity to comfortably work on multiple projects at once
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel and occasionally work evenings and weekends

Responsible for: Managing client-facing and internal projects, business development, operating the online clothing store, strategy and logistics for events.
Place of work: Something More’s offices in Bristol.
Contract: This role will be contracted for an initial 12 months.
